YOUR CHALLENGE
As Phinest PMO, you will have to:
- Manage project reporting (progress, risk, budget, resources, etc)
- Follow up and improve project governance
- Steering committee preparation & management
- Coordinate key actions and stakeholders management
- Ad hoc support to PM and act as sparing partner
- Resources allocation & onboarding of new team member
WHO YOU ARE
- Master’s degree in Management, Engineering or equivalent
- 2 to 10 years of a proven experience as a Project Management Officer or related functions
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong analytical and critical mindset
- Willingness to take on project ownership and accountability
- Good business acumen in project planning and management
- Prior experience with a project methodology: Agile, PMP, Prince2 etc (Certifications is a plus)
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organisation where the workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to communicate strategically with various stakeholder including a business audience
- Enthusiastic and are able to motivate other team member
- Fast paced, changing environment doesn’t scare you. On the contrary, you work well with ambiguity, challenge conventional wisdom; and can effectively evaluate ideas and make sound architectural recommendations thanks to your can-do attitude.
- Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a new environment
- Languages:
- Must be able to speak fluently in French AND English,
- Dutch is an asset
