YOUR CHALLENGE
As Phinest Program Manager, you will have to:
- Program planning and strategy: Develop a strategic plan for the program, including defining objectives, identifying stakeholders, and outlining a timeline for completion.
- Resource management: Determine what resources will be required for the program and allocate them accordingly.
- Risk management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Communication and collaboration: Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders and team members, promoting collaboration and coordination across teams and departments.
- Manage program team: Lead the program team, ensuring that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities
- Ensure program quality: Ensure that the program delivers a high-quality product or service that meets the needs of stakeholders.
- Program monitoring and evaluation: Track progress, monitor program performance, and evaluate outcomes against established goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder management: Engage and manage the expectations of stakeholders, including customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Continuous improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimise program performance.
WHO YOU ARE
- Master’s degree in Management, Business Engineering, Engineering or equivalent
- 7 to 15 years of a proven experience in Program Management
- Strive for excellence, can-do attitude
- Ability to communicate strategically with various stakeholders including a business audience
- Result oriented, supported by analytical and critical thinking
- Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a new environment
- Knowledge in or interest for Agile, PMI, BPMN, Prince 2, Lean-6 Sigma is an asset
- Languages:
- Must be able to speak fluently in French AND English,
- Dutch is an asset
