The d²X Expertise group and the Belgian consulting firm Phinest sign a strategic partnership.

d²X Expertise has announced a partnership with the Belgian company Phinest, thus reinforcing its ambition to become the European leader of consulting companies dedicated to the management of transformations and major programmes.

Created in 2009, d²X Expertise has succeeded in developing a unique positioning centred around project management (83% of turnover), service management (14% of turnover) and the management of major contracts (3% of turnover).
In 2020, the group announced a “One Stop Shop” strategic plan consisting of 3 components

1. moving up the “projects” value chain by developing a consulting range
2. extending its sectoral and geographical coverage
3. address all the themes linked to the management of transformations: organisation, HR, processes, tools, etc.

Since the entry of Bpifrance and Garibaldi Participations in its capital at the end of 2021, d²X Expertise has a complete set of resources for the proper execution of this plan.

Since its creation in 2012, Phinest has succeeded in establishing itself as a player in the field of consultancy in Belgium with a positioning focused on the support and management of large programmes and projects with major clients (BEL 20 accounts and big names in the public sector in Belgium).

The common values and the coherence of the positioning of the two companies were decisive factors in the choice of this partnership.

The transaction involves d²X Expertise acquiring a majority stake in Phinest and the inclusion of its founders in the partners’ round table.

It will allow :
– Phinest to maintain and strengthen its originality and strength (positioning, quality of consultants, complementarity of founders, client portfolio) and to secure the company’s development on its domestic market and outside Brussels,
– d²X Expertise to rely heavily on this implementation as the basis for its European development and to double its international presence.

With a turnover of more than 27M€ achieved with a clientele of major accounts, more than 200 consultants, and an international share immediately representing more than 35% of the total activity, the newly formed group now has all the components to become the European leader in its field.
